REsource: the following is a direct link to the REsource website formed by the Catholic Education Office in Melbourne. The modules found are aimed for supporting secondary grades, however it is a vital resource for graduate teachers to build upon their content knowledge.

Together at One Altar: the following is a direct link to the Together at One Altar website formed by the National Catholic Education Commission. It provides materials under the themes of explore, craft, receive and live that can be used in lessons. The website is designed purely for students in levels P-12, "to develop in their formation of the Eucharist and assist in their full, active and conscious participation in it's celebration" (NCEC, 2011). It is an excellent resource yet make sure you select currently displaying years 4-6 at the top of the website to ensure material is catered to the desired level.
